This is the download area for all versions of Image BBS.  Included in this area are install disks, guides, documentation, modifications, fixes, games, etc.  Please remember, this is not an official site.  Downloads here may not be the newest versions available.  Please check with the Image BBS Facebook group for the most up to date files.

    • Nissa Betting Bookie - Betting Bookie is a NFL Football game in which users can bet credits on the games for each week of the season.  Full documentation is included with a breakdown of the modules functions, and a back story on how this version of Betting Bookie came to be.

    • Image BBS 3.0 Optional Mods - This disk includes optional Image 3.0 BBS mods : Origin mod, Lt.K Backup mod, Online Lynx 3.0 program, and several midnight automaintenance mods.
    • BBS Lister v1 [Network Mod] - This is an optional replacement for the BBS Lister [BB command] in Image 3.0.  This version is network modded for sysops participating in the Image network.
    • Weed Mod v1 - Optional Image 3.0 utility for performing automatic weeding of users, walls, message boards, etc. Fully documented with installation and use instructions.

      • Additional Note - One thing not fully explained on the 3.0 weed mod disk is about the user weed and the 1-time caller weed. Both of these programs use the u.weedinfo file for performing the user weed function. Image 3.0 creates the u.weedinfo file by default and maintains it every time a user logs on to the board. For those who began running Image 3.0 as a new installation or a conversion from 2.0, the u.weedinfo file should be accurate and up to date. However, for anyone who converted their 1.2 BBS to 3.0, chances are, the u.weedinfo file was not being used in your 1.2 version and in 3.0, it will not contain weed information data for your entire u.config file. In such a case, if you intend to use either of the two user weed functions, it is imperative that you run the "makeautoweed" program which is included on the weed mod disk. Instructions for running it are included in the "t.files info" text file included on the disk.

    • Image BBS 3.0 Utilities v1 - This is a collection of utilities that will help you install and maintain your BBS.  These aren't necessary, but at some point you're going to wish you had them.
